  • DELIVERY
    • We send our items worldwide. At the moment, some of our Lily Belle Home items are only available for UK delivery, but we’re working on it. All of our items are sent via Royal Mail. The timescales below are intended as a guide only – once your item leaves our studio, it’ll be in the trusted hands of Royal Mail.
    • UK Delivery
      • 1st Class Delivery:  1-3 working days. FREE. Please note that at exceptionally busy times such as Christmas your order may take slightly longer to arrive with you.
      • Express Delivery: Next working day £7.95. Order before 3pm for next working day delivery. 
        Express Saturday Delivery:  £9.99.
        Order before 3pm on Friday, excluding Bank Holidays for delivery on Saturday.
    • Europe
      • International Tracked and/or Signed For Service. 3-6 working days. £10 . Please note, any large shipments outside of the UK may be subject to additional postage charges, we will contact you if your shipment falls into this category.
    • Rest of World
      • International Tracked and/or Signed For Service. 5-8 working days. £10 Please note, any large shipments outside of the UK may be subject to additional postage charges, we will contact you if your shipment falls into this category.
    • Sending a gift?
      • We can send items directly to your gift recipient. We can even create a gift sticker with your personal message (up to 60 characters) that we will place inside your gorgeous box or package. At the checkout, tick the box ‘Is this a gift?’ and add your personal message. Don’t worry, we won’t enclose any reference to the value of the gift.
  • RETURNS
    • Can I return my item?
      • We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within14 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund via your original method of payment. We are not able to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons or personalised items made to your specification. Lily Belle offer a 6 month warranty on all products. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear on parts such silk, leather or waxed cotton. Please note the special care instructions included with your purchase.
    • My item is faulty – what do I do?
      • We’re always really disappointed on the rare occasions that customers receive an item that isn’t to our high standards. If your item becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase, we’re more than happy to repair or exchange it for you. To prevent your item from ageing before its time, please have a read through our care instructions.The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear on parts such as silk, leather and waxed cotton. The warranty lapses in the event of inappropriate use, third-party repairs and careless handling.
    • How do I return my item?
      • Please return the item to us in its original packaging. Be sure to include your name, order number and contact details.
        Make sure you send any returns via a ‘Signed For’ service and keep your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for postal losses.
    • How long might a refund take?
      • Once we’ve received your item, we’ll issue a refund via Paypal. This should take 1-7 days.
